Poll option suddenly not available?

Hello Everyone.

Is there a reason why half of my members currently are unable to make a poll on my forum.
I have checked the options in admin panel and gone through all permissions, and all are set to allow it, yet they still are unable to do so.

Is this something related to an update or something else I'm unaware of?

How can this be rectified?

Are they in a group which restricts poll ability?

nope, all options are clear to work. I dont have restrictions on who can and can't make a poll, only people who can't, is guests.

Are they seeing where the poll options are under there subject board.
Make sure the are clicking the Lil + icon to open the options.

Yea they work for me and a few other members, but even some of my Mods now can't get them to work

Everyone knows how to do it, the site has been open for over a year without anyone having this issue before.

It seems to have been this way for about a week. I thought it may be due to updates and would fix itself but it hasn't so far so thought I would ask and see if there is another reason.
