Disable Automatic Group Addition Email

I have decided to make this suggestion after I created this thread:

When a forum admin uses various groups, there are some you wouldn't want forum members to really know exist. However, when you add a user to any group, even if it's hidden, they receive an email telling them so. This suggestion is to have an option to disable this email, possibly in the group administration panel.
