Solved Stop members from posting?

I am switching my forum to a bulletin (my members have been complaining about the site not being available to often). I would like my members to still be able to see the old post to get information but to no longer be able to actually post....I don't have time to moderate both site. How can I make it so members can't post?

Click on any forum name
Then status:
Locked

Save
Repeat it for all.
