Link to Other websites

HI,
On my forum I would really like to change one of the forums into a link to another website.
if you don't get what I mean this is an example.
look at the first forum in this forum
http://havocarcade.com/forum/
it is a link right?
How can I do that?

I just have one problem,
have a look here:
http://sporefanforum.forumotion.com/index.htm
At the bottom is where I would like the link ,but when you click the link it says 404. It thinks that the link I am pointing it to is part of my forum so it redirects to www.sporefanforum.forumotion.com/www.havocarcade.com.
What would be wrong with that?

Whats the code that you used?

make sure you include every part of the URL like http://www.urlgoeshere.com. dont forget the http://
