Cannot modify profiles field

i cannot modify the profiles field. I enter admin panel, then I go to USER AND GROUPS. After that, i press + to add new fields but nothing show up. Below is the example

try clearing cache or try refreshing the page.

I can tell you that this occasionally happens to me, and so I usually do what Zoids has said. Also, try logging out and waiting a few minutes before trying again.
