How to add the scroll bar?

Well on this site, theres a bar at the top that scrolls across the page and sais "Forumotion: a compensation for your forums."

Where in the admin CP can I add that?

Hi!

@Announcement: Go to the admin panel > Display > Homepage > Generalities > Homepage message

OR

Admin Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Announcements

Activate an nouncements: Yes
Announcements display > All pages
Scrolling: Deactivate
Then, Save

Then create a new announcement by pressing the How to add the scroll bar? Ajouter

button and you fill it out and save.

To make it scroll sideways, use the

Code:: [scroll]Text here[/scroll]

I don't know which one the announcement Typlo used, so that's why I put the "OR."
