Extract my Forum Database Empty Extract my Forum Database

Hi,

As my forum is getting bigger and now I can afford hosting it myself, I would like to transfer all my users and all threads to my own server.

How can I extract my forum database is a comma delimited form or other in order to save all information on my forum?

I understand, however, is it possible that your tech guys simply output me the info as a text file or something and send it to me by email?
