Forgot my password HELP!!!!

I have a small problem..

Can someone help me please...

My username in help.forumotion.com is roan^^

but I already forgot my password....

Everyday I am automatically log in in this support forum because this is already on my bookmarks of my firefox.....


Im afraid to hit the button log out because I already forgot my password here..

Please help me my yahoo email is bulacanspider@yahoo.com please send me again my password..


What will I do?? I already deleted the activation or the link that forumotion sent to me with my password and username on it..
