Help Support Feature - Using Twitter
Hi there,
I am .Faith as many people on this forum know me. Well, I've found a live support feature for your forums. However, this only works with Template editable forums. Here are the instructions.
If you can not read the code above, enter the code below:
If the instructions are hard to see, do this:
1. Go to Display -> Template Editing (GENERAL)
2. Choose index_body AKA Homepage and click the wrench tool ().
3. Insert the following code above in to the very BOTTOM of the strip of code. This will not affect the placement of the help chatbox.
4. Click save and you will be redirected to Template Editing (GENERAL)
5. There will be a plus icon () in which you must click to publish the material.
6. Now check your forum.htm out.

Your code is incorrect!
and you can paste the code into your general homepage message and it'll work!
This code will only work if you have an account of tweetboard.com
the code is a s follows:
where you see the &user= you have to type in your twitter account, that also appears on tweetboard.com
you can set up a tweetboard for your own forums twitter account or you can have forumotions tweets by adding the name forumotion to the user above
and you can paste the code into your general homepage message and it'll work!
