Category headings

this is my first topic here, and my first forum, im only 14, and heres what im wondering:
in my forum, when i create a category, it wont show up to separate the two sets of forums in each category, why is this, this is the forum: pivotcorpe.forumotion.com

Display>Structure and hierarchy
Split categories on index:Medium
Save
