automatic user activation

I have this problem with all my new users.

they all fill registration form and get email activation link. ( admin gets email about new user to )

problem is in activation link they get. it doesn't work. every one who tryed to register got an error mesage '' The link (activation key) can't be found in our database ''

as admin, new users can be activated manualy, but i don't want that.

ps: everything worked fine until 1 or 2 days ago.


any help woud be very much apritiated..... thx

m no expert here but mine is set to new users activate manually meaning they click the link on their email. hope it helps

new users get email with link... but the problem is in that link.

link dosn't work.. they all get error mesage

rough translation is: we don't have your link in our database.

so onley the link isn't working. but i can see new Inactive Users in my list. and then i can avtivate them manualy.

I have the same problem. Nobody cant activate the account by link provided in email bcs the link doesnt exist in database, lol ??? whats that.

don't know why but everything works... didn't changed any setup options and now new users can activate account via email.... loool

must be some stupid bug :-)

well, it is still not working.

at the beggining everything worked just fine but these days, khmm, not working. i am not sure why, maybe others are clumsy but i tried registering also and i got mail and everything but i didnt exist in database?!

if someone could try to register and tell me does it function bcs we are growing and there is no correct registration, pls help.

Evan if i could not understand the language in your forum, i made a test for you.


I have register under the name: testtest, i got the activation link via e-mail (an yahoo e-mail) and i have activated the account. Further i can't help you since your page is in unknown language for me. But still, you can be relax concerning the registration procedure.

Are you the only one admin ? If not, are you sure these members haven't been already activated by a co-admin ?

If it's not that, is the activation link cut in two by a line break ?
