Forum promotion Empty Forum promotion

Hi, I noticed you had a forum promotion section on here.

I tried to make a new topic so as to promote my forum but it seems to block people from creating a new topic within that section, or at least it's blocking me Wink

I was wondering if there was some sort of protocol that you have to go through to be able to post a link to your forum within that section?
