User can't register

Hiya,

I have someone who is trying to register, but it keeps telling her email is invalid. It is perfectly valid as she and I are exchanging emails through it. It also isn't registered. I logged out and tried to register her with no luck.

Is there any way to register someone through the admin panel?

Hey,

If the account has not been created, there is no way to activate it via the admin panel, i guess she will have to create a new email address and then you could try changing it in the admin panel. I don't understand why it's not allowing it though. Please can you PM the email address so i can see if there's an obvious problem.
