text removal

If thats a watermark then the owner of that picture doesnt want you using it

Thats a watermark, and so its copyrighted to that place. Therefore, you cannot use or edit it, without permission or paying royalties.

If I may point out, that image appears to have already been edited. The little odd pixels in small groups tell you that. If this image isn't yours, the watermark is there for a reason.
