Forum users cannot login, constantly says 'admin processing forum maintenance' even when Admin is logged out

Forum users cannot login, constantly says 'admin processing forum maintenance' even when Admin is logged out, ive tried logging off an on on my computer, logging out of both admin panels and all sorts, anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,

Check if your forum is under maintenance mode...
Admin CP > General > Configuration > 'Forum in construction'
If it is 'Yes' > Select 'No' and Save.
