administrator rank help

I have a really bad problem
I'm one of the admins on a site but there is other 3 including the owner. Before there use to be one more but the owner had deleted that person from being an admin. Now that person has under his avatar a rank which says administrator and the OWNER of the site doesn't have a rank that says administrator.

this is easy what you do is go to admin panel users and groups and search users and click on the account name you want to have that rank scroll down to you see ranks and select from list or if no rank make one from rank administration
