Potential Members saying they cannot Register! Empty Potential Members saying they cannot Register!

If this had been 1 person I wouldn't have been concerned but I have had 2 people telling me they tried to register but when they went to login their passwords weren't correct, they asked for a password reminder and both received messages that their username and E-Mail don't match!

Any ideas or are they just being complete Doughnuts? banana

Are they using google chrome by any chance? because some users who use google chrome had faced such problems earlier.
