can't restore previous version of forum

Our alliance forum was created via a design contest. The winner then turned it over to me and I've been admin on it for well over a year. The person who created it is long gone and there is no way to contact her; all I ever had was an in-game name and she no longer plays. I made a mistake an hour or so ago; meant to move a forum but in the process deleted a forum full of important information. I cannot access the utilities to restore a previous version. Is there any way to retrieve this information? Please help.

Don't you have the founder details for the forum Tara to access the utilities??

I do not. The founder was the winner of the design contest, made me an admin, then deleted her account. She provided no other information or guidance to me, and at that time, I didn't realize any would be needed. This is the fisrt time I've ever been an admin on a forum and my knowledge of anything web-based could fit on the head of a pin.

I've also managed to somehow disable/delete the scroll bars so the forum is currently essentially useless.

Since its been a year since the founder of the forum has left, you can contact Typlo to provide you or promote you to the founder account of the forum in question.
Note: Typlo, is away till wednesday so he will only do anything after he comes back.
