Solved The Administrators have forbidden any new members. HELP!!!!! :?:

I have 10 members in my forum and I wanted my friends to join it but they cannot register, I set the "Allow members" to YES but they can't still register, When they try to register, there is a message saying: Administrators have forbidden new members..." im just a newbie, the HELP will be appreciated, hoping for a speedy reply! TT
