How to make a fast Guestbook?

I would like to have a guestbook that is fast, so that when people type in a comment and click send, it pops up a few seconds later with redirects. If you were to design it for me, I would like it to have the following elements.

Name (required)
Email (optional)
Website (optional)

This is for my new forum which I'm creating with Calithenub.

So you want something that when members comment on something it is going to redirect them to somewhere else?

Not possible. if they are commenting on a post it's only going to bring them back to the post they have just commented on.
But i do not completely understand what you mean either?
Please explain in more detail.
