1) How do you reduce the size of Avatars that can be uploaded

2) How do you link your site to search engines (Multiply)

To change avatar size you can use any image editing software like Photoshop or GIMP. Alternatively, you can request for graphic editing in the graphic section of this forum.

I do not suggest you use any website that submits your links to 100-1000 search engines at one time,

This might help them think that your trying to spam their service.

I already know much about SEO.
