Reporting Website

I filed a litigation report for a website because it contained hack threats and personal attacks using information that should not have been disclosed. That was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything yet.

I found a similar topic involving a legit case with pornography. A report was filed also. They were told to PM and administrator about their problem and no further response was made.

I myself messaged an administrator concerning what I should do and information about the website. I received no response or indication that my message had been read. Just yesterday I sent another message to a moderator that was titled to help answer your questions. I can wait longer for a response, but since the other 2 I never heard from again I have little hope.

Is there a way I can report a website where I can receive info why it shouldn't be removed? or even a response at all? I'm really upset now because all the while the administrators of the website are hacking into my forum trying to break in. I sent images of where it started and links to the topics.

My website is paid for so I care for it if it were to be destroyed. They only have around 30 active users, but that doesn't stop them from using your forumotion site for fostering their evil plots and insulting us. People in my gaming community are getting quite angry about the situation that nothing can be done to stop them. Forumotion used to be a very popular host for us actually, but now everyone is scared of it as a result of this website.

Do you want more proof? or money? or all my members to post reports too? You guys have a user agreement in which they have obviously broken. We don't want to deal with it anymore. The website is www.abyssserver.forumotion.com .

ok sure I will do it again. I get it now! If nothing happens when I post a litigation report I should do it again! wow dude that makes so much sense. This is just insulting seriously.

I own a forumotion website. The total members on my site double that of the site I am accusing. A company is about customer satisfaction and of course money. You lose both. It says on your website that forumotion is so much greater and it even gives us a forum to resolve our issues aka staff to help those with forums. I haven't been helped, I have been mocked.

You are hosting a website that is the domain for people hacking valuable property of mine via the internet. We live in the U.S. and are subject to its laws as are you for hosting in the U.S. Them attempting to destroy my property is illegal. It's not some joke. Right now you are supporting them even against your own user agreement.

Sure I'm going to be nice and post another litigation, but if again I am ignored nothing will keep me from filing a lawsuit. I will not sit by and have my property destroyed as a result of people being ignorant and marking my case unimportant.

First Off Tilum is a member and is only providing help so no need to be all rude. Second Typlo is the person that is the head of litigations. I suggest you contact him with what ever you are dealing with. Third don't threaten us with laws cause it won't do anything good here. I will lock this topic since there is nothing that I nor anyone else can do.
