Problem on quick reply box missing on mobile view?

80 % of my members are opera mini 4.2 users.. And when they are using the mobile view of opera mini, the quick reply box of my forum is not showing anymore,,. I can't see the + & - buttons that shows the quick reply..

What will I do? Even if I click the post reply button,the box is not showing itself..

There is no problem with the IE and firefox only on the opera mini..

There is really nothing you can do to the forum as its really not supportive.

May I ask what version does our support forum is using?? php?invision? what?
