Can't say they are the best, but they are different. The font is good as well.

Not very good.. They look like you added Gloss and a Lens Flare to a black background.

These would be really easy to copy. All you need is a rounded-corner setup with a black background, gloss, and a lens flare effect.

Anyway, they still look nice.

You use the rounded-corner (or normal corneed) rectange tool, and then use a white opaqueness to make the gloss.
