Okay on my gallery deleted the pics and it saids it when to the back up file so how can i remove those in back up and how can i restore them can some one help me?

i am not sure if you can. you might have to re-up them.
have you tried the forums utilities tool for restore?

no i want to DELETE THEM or RECOVER THEM CAUSE IF I KEEP RE UPLOADING AND IF I DELETE IT ITS GOING TO BE RETARDER CAUSE IT WILL BE FULL
