ADDING PROFILE PAGE/TAB HELP??

HEY GUYS,
I want to know if i can add another profile field using template editing or something. Like add another tab like the "statistics" or "contact" tabs. For example, have a field named called "Game Leader boards",where i the members can can insert their online gaming stats and leader boards rank. What i'm trying to say is that if you are able to add another "page" on the profile fields, like in this picture:

I've tried to find a way to do this same thing, and I cannot. I believe the skin itself would have to be altered, and that cannot be done.
