Application membership Form

Hello

Am I able to create my own Form so I can validify the members in particular i.e. can I add own attributes:
Training School:

Profile:

Date Of Service:

Its an ex Military Site

Hey,

You could turn membership activation onto admin and create a forum in which guests can post, they post a template with:

Username:
Training School:
Profile:
Date of Service:

And then if accepted you go into inactive members and active their account.

Hope this is what you meant.
