Hiding part of nav bar to unregistered users? Empty Hiding part of nav bar to unregistered users?

Hiya
I'm just wondering if it's possible to hide certain items in the Nav bar from unregistered users?
For example our "Blog feed". Some members do not wish unregistered users to view it as it is personal to the board

I thinked you can set it to for members only(this means only members can view) or adminitrator only( this mean the administrator only who can view)

If it is a custom link created by you (you added it to menu bar) you cannot at this time keep it from the public as of yet
