Iframe Issue

I added a border to the area for easier viewing.
I am trying to get the Articles picture to show right next to the Downloads button, but I can't seem to change the width of the iframe. I tried "width="100%"" to the iframe tag to no avail, I tried changing the CSS around to no avail, and I tried changing the size of the Articles picture. If I make the Articles picture too short, it shows next to the downloads section, but when someone hovers over it with their mouse, it doesn't show all the text that is supposed to show. And when I make the Articles button too big, it throws it down to the second line.
