Need codes please!

I have some issues, lol.
1st- I need to make it so that on each individual post, the username and profile information is not touching the left border. I want to put some spaces beforehand.

2nd- There are icons that i have on posts for AIM, skype, msn and all that good stuff, but the icons display below the actual body of the message. How can I move those icons over so that they are below the username, location, and join date.

3rd- How do I define a space between posts? Right now all the posts in a forum are squashed together so that it looks like 1 big post. How can I put a line between posts, or make it so that you can clearly see the distinction between two posts?
