Newsletter problems

Help!!

I have been sending out newsletter to my members and I think I have set off the anti spamming device.

I just get the following message now:

You cannot send another e-mail at this time. Try again later.
Click Here to return to Forum Administration

It has done this before but is usually fine in a few mins.
Ihave been locked out from sending emails for hours now.

Please help.

I believe you cannot send many newsletters in a day. Let the day passby since the time you were locked & then try sending it again.
