Does avatar uploads effect your 20MB storage? Empty Does avatar uploads effect your 20MB storage?

Hi!

I've got a question (and my Englisch is very bad so I hope u guys understand what I mean to ask)
My users can upload an avatar from their PC.
But does that effect my 20MB storage?
Cause when 100 users have uploaded their own avatars, I've got to pay for more storage...

If it doesn't effect my storage, then my question is solved.
But if it does, can I turn off the option to upload avatars? So that users can only display their avatars by using an url?

the 20 MB is for the Gallery only.
