Can't see online button

I've made my own online button.

But it doesn't show up!
My old picture (standard picture) also didn't do it.
I'm using phpbb3
What to do?

did you put it via admin panel>display>pics management>advanced mode>buttons(tab)>and find the 'online'> upload your pic there.

I think it depends on what version of the forum you have cuz mine isn't working either...but it's because i have the php bb 2

i think if you have invision or the other one, it will work...but not definite on that. but be careful when you change the version , it changes the looks of your forum and can mess it up a little
