Password Problems Empty Password Problems

Hello all for some reason some of my members are emailing me telling me that their passwords are not working, I will manually go in and reset them for the user and then about 2 weeks later it has happend again, any ideas what may be causing this?

Is there any error messages that they are getting when they enter the password? See if doing this topic helps any Login Problems
