Hi!

I saw something on a certain forum that I really liked and would like to have on my forum. It is some kind of a display bar on top of stickies and topics. I looks like the announcement bar but smaller.

(it is on top of the "forum", it's named "pravila foruma")

Hello,

You can go to Admin CP > Display > Generalities > Homepage message.
Add this code there and save.

Hmmm... well I tried that but then the message only appears on the homepage when I would like it to appear inside the forums and not on the homepage.
