I think i just activated it....but it isn't showing up, yet...does it usually take awhile..?

no you will see the subject and descrition bar at the top everytime you start a new topic.. like here on this forum.

Activated it here under "Messages and Emails" configuration

Ohhh thanks dude..... Well now I cant seem to find where to edit those pages... I thought they were under DISPLAY>??

Or am i supposed to just add these codes to the CSS>?
