Help Restore My Forum

Hi

My forum was deleted by my cousin as he was bored ....... This is partially my fault because i had all my passwords saved. But that is not the real problem, it is that when i got into restore my forums it has no restore files and i had made sure that they were enabled. The forum was only three days old but we had already customized it and had lots of posts and members and i really don't have the time to start again. Please help me restore my forums to its former glory!

i would highly recommend that you do not allow you cousin or anyone admin rights that just go and delete things because they are Bord and have nothing better to do.. lol

There is currently an issue with the backups. The issue is being worked on by the Techs.

It's not going to be fixed in a day. We have to wait. Typlo might tells us or you guys might find out by trying.

when the problem is resolved do you know if the back up's will still be there or have they been deleted?

i think im sllowed to bump it now because its been 24hrs and i was wondering if any one else had this problem

Hello,

The backups are still being made and are there and will NOT be deleted as the techs can do it.

If you need to do a restoration and it im an extreme emergency PM Typlo, and he'll get a techie to do a restore for you.

I doubt that this will be resolved within the remainder of this year, most likely in sometime next year, the techies don't quite know whats going on, plus the server is still a tad unstable to be released.

We won't have any information until the problem is completed as the techies don't really talk about the line of problems.

The problem has been ongoing for in excess of 3 months now Wink
