Banners not showing up on fourms

My fourms aint allowing sigs to show or any txt whats the problem i looked in the a-panel nothen about it any clues

Is your signature setting set to allow users?
Admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> User options > Signature = all members

Can u go to ur profile ( via ur forum not the admin panel )and go to "preferences" and "always attach my signature" = yes.
