Cannot Login Forums?

Ok, I just made a forum and when I signed out and tried to signed back in it says Invalid?

My username by default is Admin and password my password is very clear to me.

When I click recover password on the forums it says that admin disabled recovering password?

So I came back here and tried to login with the username Admin and my password and it says that the username is under a different email?

Can somebody help? My email is Doughboy101@rocketmail.com

I've tried but it won't let me....I went to my forum and tried to recover password but it says that I disabled the feature which is i guess was the default...

I've tried login here but it says the username is under a different email so I can't even recover any password here...

Would you be kind to reset and send me a new password....
