Scrolling Ads

I want to add affiliations to my forum.How do i add a scrolling add and insert the forum's images and make it scroll?

okay i got it solbed already...i added images.How do i add a a text below the image ?I got 2 images.And its very close apart.How do i make them not too close?

try having spaces between the 2 image code.
