How can i change color of members nicks? In css?

I don't think you can do it with CSS, bud. Your best bet would be to make a visible usergroup for that selected member(s).

but all of regular members have problems with names and backgorund, and I dont want to change backgound, in posts their name is barely visible... what should I do?

Oh, I getcha. What you need to do is just create a new usergroup, name it the 'Members Group', set it to auto-subscribe, and set the color to a viewable color that you can see on top of the background that you have for your posts.
