How do I add the "Mark as solved" feature?

How do I add topic icons like the "solved" icon?
When you write a post, you can pick "None" or "Solved."
I want to know how I could add this my my site as well.
I have seen this in other places and members could put smiles or question marks on it as well.

Admin Control Panel >>> Display >>> Pics Management >>> Advanced Mode >>> Topics Icons >>> Create
