screenshots and complaints question? Help

Someone has posted up some extremely offensive remarks on a forum which is hosted by Forumotion.

I have complained to one of the Staff members here about it, who told me to get a screenshot of the offending remarks, though I havn't a clue how to go about doing this properly.

I tried, but just ended up in a right muddle.

How else can one complain here about sexually, racially and religiously very offensive discriminating remarks, without the need of going through the rigmarole of getting a screenshot?

Why can one not just point one in the direction of the forum in question to the actual remarks?

What else can be done to get a complaint taken seriously?

The forum owner has already been threatened with solicitors and court action for not curtailing these kind of posts.

I already replied to you by PM. I am currently waiting for an answer from my French juridical colleagues since the only English one isn't very available right now for personal reasons.

I'm tired right now, as I did much translation this night (new admin panel => tutorial updates) and it's already 2:07 a.m at home in Québec. I will look at it further once I will have caught a few Z's (then I will have time to get an answer from my juridical colleagues)

I already tried that Katt as I let you know last night. Unfortunately, we're not all techno savvy people, and as I told you by pm, I got in a right muddle trying to use it. Hence posting on the public support board, to try to get an answer, so I could get help with this. Merely reposting the link is about as useless as a concrete hanglider.

About screenshots, where are you blocking ? Finding the Print screen button ? Opening Paint and pasting it ?

Sorry, but I don't understand what 'mood' has to do with this, whatever that comment was, it flew straight off over the top of my head.

Are you saying you can't be bothered to help deal with very offensive remarks being made by some of your forum users, not here, but on the aforementioned links provided above?

That's a little irresponsible, don't you think?

Surely, mine is a perfectly respectful request to make, given the light of the situation?

What a most puzzling and unusual way of dealing with an enquiry.

That is fair enough, but as a staff member of the company, that is what you are there for, else how else do users have recourse for what is posted on your hosted forums?

Indeed, some peoiple aren't all techy, but rules are meant for everone last I checked.
It clearly states:
- Contact staff for these matters
- Keep it in private
-Be PATIENT god dammit

Your complaint is being looked into and we WILL take action one we've finished verifying

About irresponsability, I'd like to remind ou that all moderators here have been hand-picked and therefore are more than compitent.
How responsable is itto as people to help YOUand then insult/attack THEM?

We ask for screenhots as proofbefore we act because once it's done we can't go bck and if the Admin comes here asking explanations, we need to have solid evidance. This is normally clear logic bu some seem to think differently >.>

Finally, although this isnt necessary: Katt's mood meant that yes indeed we DO have better stuff to do than get freely insulted when sing our FREE time to help Are you always in the mood to be attacked by people asking you for help? I doubt
