Hello how do i get my announcements forum like the support forums? with like that little Picture and stuff in their annoucements forum?

That would be the blog system.

Admin Panel >> Module Tab >> Look for Blog >> activate Blog >> Yes >> Save

Go to General Tab >> Under Forum >> Categories & Forums >> Click Modify in one of the forums>> Choose the kind of forum you want : >> Blog >> Save

Do this to the sections you want.
