How to change members rank image?

Is there anyway of changing the rank image of my members?

I didn't yet.If I make a rank is it automatically set for the newest registered member or I will have to set it for them?

Well, if you set the ranks to minimum # of posts as 0 then whenever the user posts he will get that rank.
