Made a big mistake.

I was going to contact one of the admins like the topic I read from this forum said, but I need to reach a certain post amount before I can. Anyway, I lost the password to my account at my forum. It was hacked, and I got back in using a proxy (I was IP banned) and they didn't change the password. But I made my password to something really long that I used for my gmail, but I forgot that too. So somewhere along the way of resigning in, I couldn't. Is there anything I can do? I do too much for my forum. Nobody appreciates it. I'd appreciate some help here though. Please and thank you. ^-^
