Admin Interface Empty Admin Interface

In the admin panel there is the option to "toggle admin interface". I much prefer the look of this once toggled (the silvery/grey look). I think it is a much cleaner and clearer design and looks less cluttered!

I just wanted to know if there is a way of making this interface default for all admins. Thanks.
