When you go to make a post, can you click on the image that has the tree and a floppy on it please?
If you get a servimg section where you have to log in, login with your forum's details, and your members should thus be able to host pictures to that servimg account.

However if you click the button and it comes out with the option to immediately host/upload an image, that's a tad more difficult to handle
