Ban Hostname Empty Ban Hostname

Hello. I want to ban a hostname and i have some questions:

1) If i ban the hostname, the user will NEVER be able to log into my forum again?
2)I tried to ban the hostname, and it doesn't appears in the blocked ip list.

Nope. I have the option to ban an IP and to ban a Hostname
