How do you get solved, in progress, complete etc. icons?

I really want to know because you have them and I want them!

you can do it without template editing, just go to:
Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Pics management > Topic Icons > Create, set permissions & image > Save.
To add it to a post, just edit the 1st post of the thread and select the image just above the subject line box.

If your pro at photoshop you can create them there.
